Would you believe that it’s possible to potty-train a goose? What’s inside those bird boxes? Find out the answers to these questions as you listen to Gerry Kruger and Paul Davis present information about Canada Geese and Eastern Bluebirds. Ms. Kruger is the author of On Kruger Pond, Charlie’s Story, a true tale about raising a disabled Canada goose who lived on her pond. You might have heard excerpts of the book on NPR or at local book readings. Mr. Paul Davis, a board member and officer of The Virginia Bluebird Society, will present everything you ever wanted to know about bluebirds, including: their habits, how to care for them, and how to build a bird box. Refreshments will be provided.
